Information handled by the service
SparrowSpec collects account email, assessment answers, notes, and uploaded evidence provided through the service when the corresponding features are available. This information is used only to provide the service.
The current workspace creates an empty per-user workspace and does not yet provide a collection path for assessment answers, notes, or uploaded evidence.
How information is shared
SparrowSpec does not sell or share customer data except with infrastructure providers needed to run the service.
Access or deletion requests
You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@veteransolutionstx.com.
Do not upload sensitive information
Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or classified information to SparrowSpec.
