SparrowSpec provides checklists and draft documents only. It does not provide certification, verification, or legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing all drafts before using them. No assessment or contract outcome is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Use SparrowSpec lawfully and for its checklist and draft-document service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use SparrowSpec to create or share unlawful material. Do not present a checklist or draft as certification, verification, or legal advice. Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or classified information.
Cancellation and refunds
You may stop using SparrowSpec at any time. These Terms do not specify a billing arrangement, a cancellation process for a paid offering, or a refund entitlement. If a specific offering has separate terms, review them before accepting. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Account termination and suspension
Access may be suspended or ended if your use violates these Terms, creates a security or operational risk, or must be restricted to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. These Terms do not promise a particular notice period or require that access be restored.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veteran Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use SparrowSpec, including reliance on its checklists or draft documents. The service is provided as available, and a checklist or draft may be incomplete or unsuitable for your needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Operator and governing law
SparrowSpec is operated by Veteran Solutions, LLC, Waco, Texas. Texas law governs these Terms of Use.
